Assistant Evening Manager
The Assistant Evening Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager in running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness during evening shifts.
About the Role
This position is part of an independent franchisee operating a McDonald’s restaurant, separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in running a profitable restaurant
- Maintain high levels of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Work with the General Manager to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve those goals
- Lead a team of managers, setting their goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their management abilities
- May be responsible for hiring and developing crew team members
Requirements
- Previous management experience running high volume locations
- A background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/review experience
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants
