Assistant Engineering Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the hotel’s inside and outside facilities.
• Be knowledgeable in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Engineering.
• Plan and coordinate the work of engineering staff.
• Oversee engineering staff and ensure they meet goals and objectives.
• Recruit additional engineering staff as needed.
• Conduct performance feedback that is timely and constructive.
• Provide training and mentoring.
