Assistant Emergency Services Supervisor

Location: Highland Springs, North Dallas, Texas.

About the role

Join our team as a Security and Emergency Services Assistant Supervisor, where you will lead by example in overseeing the safety and security of our community. In this role, you will enforce regulations, manage incident reports, and provide leadership, training, and support to the team to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property and staff the gatehouse.
• Respond to emergency and routine calls for service.
• Enforce parking and traffic regulations.
• Complete daily shift reports and incident reports (medical response, theft, accidents, fires, mechanical malfunctions, emergency responses, violations of rules and regulations).
• Screen visitors, vendors, etc. at the gatehouse.
• Assist in training, coaching, and counseling of employees.
• Provide daily leadership, supervision, motivation, and communication to direct & indirect reports.
• Monitor team throughout the day and reinforce safety practices.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in public safety supervisory (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement) or comparable supervisory experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Applicable state regulations and requirements may take precedence over the listed requirements.

Pay

Starting at $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
