Assistant Drive Up and Go Supervisor

Main Responsibilities

• Oversight of all daily operations of the Home Shopping Department, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused order fulfillment
• Delivery of an exceptional pick-up and delivery experience while resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally
• Cordination of end-to-end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination (where applicable)
• Ensuring proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems
• Monitoring key performance metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks impacting orders
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards
