We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO statement, navigation, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" (that's placeholder? Actually it's part of salary description; but we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. The posting does state salary: "$ 85,000 – 100,000 commensurate with experience". That is a salary range, though includes "commensurate with experience". The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does state salary range, but includes "commensurate with experience". Is that considered filler? The phrase "commensurate with experience" is typical but still part of the salary description. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", ...). That suggests if the only content for Pay section is "commensurate with experience" (i.e., vague), we should not create Pay section. However we have a range plus that phrase. The phrase is part of the content; but the instruction seems to say we should not create a Pay section if the content is just placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Since we have actual numbers, we could include Pay section with the range. The phrase "commensurate with experience" is not placeholder; it's additional info. I'd include Pay section with the salary range. Schedule: posting does not mention schedule (e.g., full-time, part-time, hours). No schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section. Benefits: posting does not mention benefits. So no Benefits section. Skills: we can extract skills from qualifications: strong computer skills, ability to use and adapt to variety of software, familiarity with Adobe, ability to perform legal research, knowledge of legal terminology, ability to deal with sensitive info, attention to detail, time management, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, experience in professional environment. Could be placed under Skills or Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for sections like Skills, Qualifications, etc. We need to decide where to put content. The posting has a "Qualifications Required:" list. That's clearly qualifications. Also there are duties and responsibilities. There's also "Other Responsibilities". There's also "Physical Demands" and "Travel". Those could be part of Responsibilities or maybe a separate section? Not in allowed headings. We could incorporate physical demands and travel under Responsibilities (maybe as a subsection). But we must not invent headings not allowed. So we can include them under Responsibilities as prose. We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement, internal/external applicants, accommodation contact, footnote [1] etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the summary paragraph, qualifications, duties and responsibilities, other responsibilities, physical demands, travel. Also maybe the "Reports to" and "Status" etc. Those are metadata; we could fold into a short paragraph under About the role? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph with metadata like STATUS, REPORTS TO, SUPERVISES, etc. But we must not repeat job title. So we can have a

containing: STATUS: Non-Exempt; REPORTS TO: Second Assistant District Attorneys; SUPERVISES: Public Records Paralegal. Also maybe SALARY line goes to Pay section. We need to ensure we don't include the footnote reference [1] in text. Remove it. Now structure:

About the role

maybe includes summary paragraph and metadata. But we already have a summary paragraph after "Summary". Could treat that as About the role. Thus:

About the role

The Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office (PCDAO) seeks a motivated, organized, adaptable, and computer-savvy attorney for the Records Access Officer (RAO) position. The RAO manages government compliance with the Public Records Law. The RAO is responsible for legally analyzing requests, redacting exempt information and responding to all requests for records in the possession of the PCDAO that fall outside the normal course of discovery. The RAO must become familiar with the statutes and case law that govern public records in Massachusetts in order to make decisions about what material is subject to disclosure. The RAO must also respond to requester’s appeals to the Supervisor of Public Records. The RAO may be required to appear in superior court when requesters seek judicial review of an unfavorable decision by the Supervisor of Public Records. This position involves extensive interaction with members of the public, including victims of crime, civil counsel, incarcerated defendants, and representatives of local, national, and international media outlets. The Public Records Unit is additionally responsible for updating the PCDAO’s required entries in the public records database on the website of the Secretary of the Commonwealth. The Unit also shares responsibility for responding to subpoenas for documents, testimony of employees, and testimony of the keeper of records for the Office, in consultation with the District Attorney and senior staff.

Then metadata paragraph:

STATUS: Non-Exempt | REPORTS TO: Second Assistant District Attorneys | SUPERVISES: Public Records Paralegal

Then Pay section:

Pay

$85,000 – $100,000 commensurate with experience

But we need to check if "commensurate with experience" is considered filler. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", ...). That suggests if the Pay section only contains that phrase, we shouldn't include it. But we have numbers plus phrase. Might still be okay. However to be safe, we could include just the range and omit the phrase? But that would be removing substantive info (the phrase). The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep the phrase. So we include it. Now Responsibilities: combine Duties And Responsibilities and Other Responsibilities and maybe Physical Demands and Travel. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should turn the duties into list items. Let's extract duties: - Keep track of all requests for records in the possession of the PCDAO that fall outside the normal course of discovery, whether submitted in oral or written form. - Input all public record requests into the database (GOV QA). - Legally analyze all public record requests. - Redact legally exempt information for all responsive documents in accordance with G.L. c. 4, section 7(26). - Apply fee guidelines under statutory guidelines. - Respond to requests within the time frame mandated by G.L. c. 66, section 10. - Deliver the responsive, non-exempt materials to the requester. - Handle appeals to the Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Record Division in accordance with G. L. c. 66, section 10A (a). - Draft legal responses and appear in superior court when requesters seek judicial review of an unfavorable decision from the Secretary of the Commonwealth in accordance with G.L. c. 66, section 10A (c). - Reply to subpoenas. - Participate in team meetings. - Review drafts for accuracy. Other Responsibilities: - Attend trainings relevant to PCDAO functions. - Become familiar with, and follow, PCDAO personnel policies, particularly regarding confidentiality, sexual harassment, drug-free workplace, and usage of information technology resources. - Become familiar with, and adhere to, the Massachusetts Rules of Professional Conduct. - Exercise respectful and professional behavior and communication with the public, judicial and law enforcement personnel, and office staff. - Complete work assignments in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. - Other related duties as assigned. Physical Demands: - Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time. - Lift boxes up to 20 lbs. Travel: - Occasional local travel to various sites, including courthouses and offsite agencies. We could combine all into one list under Responsibilities. Or we could split into Responsibilities and maybe a separate section for Physical Demands and Travel but not allowed headings. So we include them in the same list. Thus:

Now Requirements / Qualifications: The posting has "Qualifications Required:" list. Also there may be "Skills" separate. We could treat the list as Qualifications.
