Core Responsibilities

• Client Relations – be the warm, professional voice families trust and remember.
• Cognitive Training – help deliver 4‑7 client training programs weekly.
• Assessment Coordination – administer and manage cognitive assessments that guide training.
• Operations Excellence – keep everything running smoothly so trainers can focus on results.
• Professional Development – complete specialized certifications in cognitive coaching and develop mastery in cognitive training.

Pay

$50,000 – $70,000 annually plus performance bonuses up to 5% of the annual salary.

Schedule
