This is an opportunity to do more than process paperwork. You'll help students and families navigate the financial side of higher education, understand their options, and take confident steps toward their future. What You'll Do Guide students and families through financial aid eligibility, FAFSA requirements, grants, scholarships, loans, and financing options. Administer federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Investigate discrepancies, resolve documentation issues, and help ensure timely financial aid disbursements. Collaborate with Admissions, Finance, Student Accounts, and other campus departments to support a seamless student experience. Translate complex financial information into clear, compassionate guidance that helps students make informed decisions. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required. Experience in financial aid, student financial services, higher education, or a related field strongly preferred. Familiarity with Title IV regulations and financial aid management systems is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and customer service skills. A detail-oriented, student-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving and working collaboratively.
