General Purpose
The Assistant Director will coordinate clinical externships, conduct site visits, assist the clinical director with administrative responsibilities necessary for accreditation, and provide clinical education.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Clinical Coordination - Coordination of external placements encompasses student meetings and site visits, communication with existing and potential sites and supervisors, documentation and record keeping.
Clinical Education - Provision of student clinical education currently provided by adjunct faculty. Administrative responsibilities to support the clinic director.
Required Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- New York State License and current registration in speech-Language Pathology
- 5 to 8 years of work related experience, including supervisory experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
SALARY INFORMATION
When determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity. The hiring annual salary for this position is $70,000 to $75,000. This annual salary represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
