Responsibilities
- Develop and implement university-wide strategies aligned with institutional goals.
- Facilitate collaboration between departments to enhance cross-functional projects.
- Oversee the execution of strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure alignment with objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in higher education administration or related field.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning and partnership management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
- Experience with budgeting and resource allocation.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
