Job Summary
Aid in managing the purchasing function across multiple campuses of a community college, ensuring all activities comply with the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act and State Regents policy.
Essential Duties
- Prepare or assist with preparing bid specifications for competitive bids and distribute bid invitations to vendors.
- Maintain and establish vendor relationships.
- Maintain a comprehensive list of eligible vendors, pricing agreements, discount sheets, equipment catalogues, etc.
- Review and approve requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice-attached requisitions to ensure compliance with internal policy and relevant laws.
- Provide exceptional customer service to various college departments, assisting them with purchasing or contract needs.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Business, Law, Accounting, or Finance).
- Three years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Five years of related work experience.
- Experience with Jaggaer, Banner, and Concur.
