Assistant Director of Therapy (PTA or COTA)

Responsibilities

• Implementing customized rehabilitation plans tailored to patient needs
• Managing ADR and appeal processes effectively
• Participating in state survey preparation
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance clinical excellence
• Tracking and analyzing outcomes to improve care quality
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and conducting QA activities
• Assessing and mitigating risks associated with therapy services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field
• Current licensure to practice in relevant state(s)
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex cases and provide compassionate care
• Experience with outcome tracking and analysis tools
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
