Responsibilities

• Provide daily care to residents including personal hygiene, medication administration, and meal preparation.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to healthcare providers.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a caregiving or related field is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Passion for providing compassionate care.

Skills

• Basic computer skills.
• First aid and CPR certification.
