Responsibilities

• Ensure Apple Montessori students and staff enjoy a safe and nurturing environment through adherence to state and company policies.
• Manage confidential student and staff files to ensure compliance with all state and company policies.
• Represent the Apple Montessori brand in the community and support our mission to provide excellence in education.
• Develop relationships with families to provide the highest quality education and care to their children.
• Collaborate with the Center Director and corporate team to meet all Apple Montessori School standards and expectations.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years’ managerial experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting.
• Capacity to understand and manage center staffing, enrollment, and inventory.
• Ability to respond effectively and appropriately in different situations.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to current and prospective families.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate with staff effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications.
