Assistant Director of Sales

About the role

As our Assistant Director of Sales, you will support the execution of the hotel's sales strategy while driving revenue growth and building strong relationships within the local market. This role will have a strong focus on Business Transient (BT) sales, developing and maintaining key corporate accounts, generating new business opportunities, and maximizing room revenue.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales leader who is passionate about hospitality, relationship building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Technical / Role-Specific Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Business Transient (BT) sales and corporate account management
• Experience managing negotiated accounts and responding to RFP opportunities
• Knowledge of the Silicon Valley market and key demand generators preferred
• Experience with Delphi or similar hotel sales systems
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles and account profitability
• Experience analyzing market trends and account production to drive results
• Experience conducting outside sales calls, networking events, and client presentations
