About the role
The Assistant Director of Rehabilitation Services supports the Director in overseeing physical, occupational, and speech therapy departments to ensure high-quality, compliant rehab services. A $10,000 sign-on bonus or monthly student loan repayment benefits are offered.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff
- Develop rehab programs

- Serve as staff therapist (if applicable)

Requirements
- Active licensure in physical, occupational, or speech therapy, with ongoing license maintenance and CPR certification
- Supervisory experience in post-acute care preferred
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and staff
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and email
