Responsibilities
Procurement and Administrative Services Manager: Develop and implement policies and procedures for various projects and programs within assigned departments, including budget administration, management analysis, technical support, and program evaluation. Supervise 1 - 3 staff members.
Housing Specialist I: Ensure files are in compliance with the assistance programs of AHA. Perform caseload duties including regular, interim, and special certifications.
Senior Project Manager: Oversee projects and initiatives in support of AHA’s affordable housing development and neighborhood revitalization programs. Manage consultant relationships and supervise junior staff.
Director of Housing Programs: Assist with planning, organizing, managing, and providing administrative direction and oversight for all functions and activities of the Housing Programs Department. Provide assistance to the Executive Director and the Authority.
Asset Management Specialist: Support portfolio performance tracking, capital project planning, compliance reporting, and financial review. Provide assistance to the department team.
Assistant Director of Property Operations: Oversee policies and programs to prevent homelessness and maintain stable housing, especially among special needs populations. Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Property Management Supervisor: Support AHA’s operations and programs through analytical, managerial, and technical assignments. Perform meaningful and impactful work.
