About the role
As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you are at the heart of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Cedar Rapids by assisting with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department, instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, and ensuring the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department.
- Help instill a positive and inclusive facility culture.
- Assist with setting and attaining Nursing Department goals.
- Ensure the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing, or related field.
- Unencumbered State of Iowa Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
- C.P.R. Certification.
- Two (2) years of R.N. experience.
- Prior experience managing a nursing department and five (5) years of R.N. experience is preferable.
