  Responsibilities

  Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Cedar Rapids by:

  • Assisting with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department.
  • Aiding in instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture.
  • Aiding in setting and attaining Nursing Department goals.
  • Ensuring the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.

  Requirements

  To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

  • As a minimum, an Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
  • An unencumbered State of Iowa Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
  • C.P.R. Certification.
  • Two (2) years of R.N. experience.

  Prior experience managing a nursing department and five (5) years of R.N. experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
