Assistant Director of Nursing - RN ADON

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing applicants, scheduling, and participation in orientation and in-service education training.
• Participate in performance reviews, enforcement of personnel policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations for documentation from physicians and nursing personnel.
• Assist with care planning, Continuous Quality Improvement, and ensuring proper infection control techniques are utilized.

Qualifications

• RN with a current license by State Board of Nursing
• At least three years of nursing experience
• One year of supervisory experience
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• The ability to coordinate with other departments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• LTC/SNF Experience is strongly preferred

Pay

$3,000 Sign On Bonus offered.
