Assistant Director of Nursing - RN ADON

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing applicants, scheduling, and participation in orientation and in-service education training.
• Participate in performance reviews, enforce personnel policies, and ensure compliance with regulations for documentation from physicians and nursing personnel.
• Affiliate with care planning, Continuous Quality Improvement, and ensure proper infection control techniques are utilized.

Qualifications

• An RN with a current license by State Board of Nursing.
• At least three years of nursing experience.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• The ability to coordinate with other departments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• LTC/SNF Experience is strongly preferred.
