Responsibilities
- Assist with the overall management of the nursing department
- Support planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining resident discharge procedures
- Review and ensure accurate charting and documentation of nursing care
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory compliance
- Promote a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience

$10,000 sign-on bonus
Schedule
Full-time position: 32 hours per week, with the option to pick up an additional day on the floor to reach 40 hours. On-call responsibilities during the work week.
