Assistant Director of Nursing - Registered Nurse RN - $10,000 Sign On Bonus!
About the role
The Unit Manager coordinates the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center's 24-hour operation and ensures consistent and quality care for all residents. You will assess the needs and implement care as necessary, utilizing the latest technology and working as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
- Instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and serve as a resource for clinical issues.
- Ensure the completion of requested reports, such as infection control and quality management.
- Supervise the nursing team, providing direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of long-term care and leadership experience.
- Current Registered Nurse State of Michigan License and CPR-BLS certification required.
- A high level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and develop solutions to complex problems.

Pay
$88,000 - $90,000 per year
PLUS $10,000 Sign On Bonus!
Schedule
Set schedules — choose between shifts available: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
On-call responsibilities included as part of a rotation
