Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations. The ADON plays a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

• Aid the Director of Nursing in managing nursing staff and clinical operations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Monitor and improve quality of care and patient outcomes
• Support staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions as needed
• Help maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and healthcare compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

• Salary Range: $90,000 – $97,000 per year (based on experience)
