Assistant Director of Nursing, Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Aid the Director of Nursing in managing nursing staff and clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Monitor and improve quality of care and patient outcomes.
• Support staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Help maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and healthcare compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
