Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned shifts
- Cook
- Coordinate daily clinical operations and resident care
- Aid in ensuring compliance with state and federal nursing regulations
- Affiliate with staffing, scheduling, and nursing assignments
- Support admissions, discharges, and care planning processes
- Monitor nursing documentation and clinical outcomes
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to nursing staff
- Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and compassionately
- Participate in quality improvement and infection control initiatives
- Act as a clinical resource and role model for the nursing team
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts RN license required
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- CPR certification required
