Assistant Director of Nursing
About the role
We are currently searching for an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our Skilled Nursing Facility. Avantara Mountain View is a rapidly growing facility committed to providing state-of-the-art medical care with a personal touch.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department
- Aid in instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture
- Achieve Nursing Department goals
- Ensure the nursing department complies with Federal, State, and Local regulations
- Ensure residents receive an unparalleled standard of care through knowledge, skills, and attention to detail
Requirements
- Unencumbered State of South Dakota Registered Nurse (R.N.) license or state board recognized compact license
- C.P.R. Certification
- Two (2) years of R.N. experience, preferable in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- One year prior experience managing a nursing department
