Assistant Director of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Coordinating comprehensive nursing care
• Implementing specialized clinical procedures and programs
• Collaborating with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers on departmental goals
• Ensuring compliance with operational policies and state and federal regulations
• Delivering safe, efficient, and compliant resident care
• Participating in the nursing home survey process
• Supervising, mentoring, and training nursing staff
• Organizing and supporting in-service education and training programs

Requirements

• Active RN license
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
• Strong team orientation and communication skills
• Infection Prevention experience preferred
• Experience training and educating staff
