Join us! We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)/ Staff Development Coordinator SDC.

Responsibilities

• Helping to hire, train, teach, and monitor nurses.
• Managing clinical operations and developing care plans.
• Assisting in budget preparation and expense management.
• Conducting patient rounds and addressing complaints.
• Training and educating staff.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years of recent experience in a supervisory role in a nursing care facility.
• Infection Preventionist certificate preferred.
• Assist in organizing, developing and directing the overall operations of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the facility.
• Education: Entry Level (0-2 years) experience RN/LPN.
