We're looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to partner with our Director of Nursing in leading clinical excellence, developing staff, and creating a positive environment where residents and employees thrive.

What You'll Do

• Support the daily operations of the Nursing Department and assist the Director of Nursing in achieving clinical and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff while fostering teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure high-quality resident care through regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and clinical oversight.
• Assist with staffing, orientation, performance management, and employee development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes.
• Support survey readiness, infection prevention, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Step into the Director of Nursing role when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado.
• Leadership experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative leader who values teamwork, integrity, and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Colorado RN License.
• 2 to 5 years experience in Management.
