About the role
As an Assistant Director of Nursing | ADON | RN, you will support and manage Nursing Services, supervise the Nursing Department, and assume clinical operations responsibilities in the absence of the Director of Nursing (DON).
Responsibilities
- Support and carry out the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents.
- Direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care.
- Assume responsibility for clinical operations in the absence of the Director of Nursing (DON).
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a RN in the state in which you are practicing.
- Affiliate with an accredited nursing school with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.
- Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role.
Qualifications
