Responsibilities
- Ensure the excellence of the entire guest experience
- Oversee the operational and financial results of the brand
- Lead and engage in hotel rooms division operations
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Be flexible and adaptable to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of similar work experience
- A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
Qualifications
- Expertise in hotel rooms division operations
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
