Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least one year of related experience in student affairs.
- Ability to effectively supervise graduate and undergraduate student staff.
Knowledge of student development/leadership theories, as well as fraternity and sorority life, and current best practices, and the ability to apply them appropriately.
A demonstrated commitment to the holistic development of diverse student populations.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, written and oral communication/presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively and ethically with a diverse population of students, University faculty/administrators, and community members.
Demonstrate outstanding computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Professional experience with social media platforms, desktop publishing and web content management system software.
Ability to learn new software as needed.
Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., student affairs, education, counseling) preferred.
- Professional experience with Banner, Access, and Engage.
