Assistant Director of Food & Beverage
About the Role
As the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, you will lead all F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and profitability across restaurants, bars, and banquets. You’ll oversee staffing, budgeting, and guest satisfaction while driving innovation and efficiency. This leadership role requires a strong hospitality background, attention to detail, and a passion for creating outstanding dining experiences.
You will report to the General Manager or Hotel Operations Manager. A career as a director of food and beverage can lead to various executive-level opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as regional food and beverage director, general manager, or even corporate-level positions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and banquets
- Manage food and beverage staff and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- Develop innovative menus and offerings
- Lead with vision to create outstanding dining experiences
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Qualifications
- A college degree or two years of hotel experience
- Previous experience in this exact position (preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar or related position (required)
