Job Summary
Join us as an Assistant Director of Dining Services, where you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of a medium to large K-12 account. As a key member of our team, you'll lead and run a dedicated group of associates, ensuring top-quality food, nurturing client relationships, and driving profitability in your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Chef and management team to craft nutritious and high-quality food offerings that delight our clients and guests.
- Implement innovative culinary programs in collaboration with our marketing and culinary teams, keeping our offerings fresh and exciting.
- Foster and maintain excellent relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded.
- Lead, train, and develop our associates, empowering them to reach their full potential and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Bring 1 plus years of supervisory or lead experience in the food service industry, with exposure to various sectors like restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, or healthcare.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, crucial for motivating teams and building rapport with clients.
- Possess financial experience and eye for business skills to support our financial goals and ensure operational success.
- Excel in digital literacy, including proficiency in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet navigation.
- Associate’s degree is preferred, relevant experience considered
