Assistant Director of Dining Services

About the role

This position will work closely with the Director of Dining and the Executive Chef to support all areas of resident living, but will primarily focus on our operations in Personal Care and Skilled Nursing.

Responsibilities

- Guide, train, and mentor staff in providing the best possible care and dining experience for our residents. - Implement new and exciting dining programs for our residents. - Strong experience in dietary operations, with an emphasis on customer service and overall hospitality. - Valid CDM and at least 5 years' experience in a management position preferred but not required.
