Campaign Management

Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of USF Health’s annual giving campaigns.
Manage special fundraising campaigns from concept through execution, including timelines, messaging, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop campaign strategies that align with institutional priorities.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize participation and revenue.

Event Sponsorship Development

Assist in securing outside sponsorships for USF Health events, programs, and initiatives.
Identify and cultivate new corporate and community partners to support sponsorship opportunities.
Develop sponsorship proposals, packages, and stewardship plans.
Ensure timely fulfillment of sponsorship benefits and recognition.

Development Operations & Collaboration

Support fundraising initiatives across all areas of USF Health, ensuring alignment with overarching advancement goals.
Manage departmental newsletters in collaboration with advancement communications to highlight the myriad of exciting programs, research and philanthropic initiatives across USF Health.
Partner with development colleagues, communications teams, and leadership to execute integrated fundraising strategies.
Assist with data tracking, reporting, and donor engagement efforts related to campaigns and events.

Constituent Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of constituents, including:
Alumni
Faculty and staff
Parents
Patients
Donors and friends
Community and corporate partners
Represent USF Health at events and engagement opportunities to strengthen donor relationships.
