Assistant Director of Data and Policy

About the role

AHA is seeking an exceptional, team-oriented candidate to contribute to the management of a wide array of administrative functions for a high-performing housing authority dedicated to providing affordable housing in the most impacted region of the nation. This position reports to the Senior Programs Director.

AHA is particularly interested in applications from candidates with a strong track record in overseeing policies and programs to maintain stable housing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and implement projects and programs in a variety of areas related to public policy, housing policy, and Housing Authority functions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders to move activities and projects forward.

Requirements

• Knowledge of public policy, housing policy and programs, and Housing Authority functions and activities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule

72 hours per pay period, consisting of nine 8-hour workdays per two-week pay period with every other Friday off.
