for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like "Do you have questions about the application process? If so, please refer to the Applicant FAQ’s." Also remove "Posting Details (Default Section)", "Posting Number:", "Position Title:", "Position Type:", "Location:", "Recruitment Type:", "Work Schedule:", "Avg Hours Week", "Department:", etc. Also remove "Position Summary:" maybe we can treat as About the role? The summary includes why work at Villanova etc. That is substantive. We can put that under

. Also we have duties and responsibilities list. That's Responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications: Formal Education, Work Experience, Work Skills, Specific Job Knowledge. Preferred Qualifications: Formal Education, Work Experience. Also Physical Requirements And/or Unusual Work Hours: mention full-time exempt, occasional nights and weekends. That could be Schedule? Benefits: mention holistic benefits package, generous paid time off, competitive retirement savings plan, flexible work options, wellness programs including gym membership, professional development, tuition assistance, and more. That's Benefits. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must not duplicate lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

About the role

Why work at Villanova? Join a mission-driven organization. Since Villanova University’s founding in 1842, we have been inspired by the values of truth, unity, and love, and are a community dedicated to service to others. Villanova has been included among the nation’s best colleges and universities. VU’s inclusion again in U.S. News & World Report’s 2025 “Best Colleges” rankings is another indication of the University’s continued prominence and forward momentum. Villanova’s most precious asset is our people. As an employee, you will receive a holistic benefits package, generous paid time off, a competitive retirement savings plan, flexible work options, wellness programs including gym membership, professional development, tuition assistance, and more . Under the supervision of the Director of Communication, Office for Mission and Ministry ( OMM ), and serving as a member of the University and Marketing ( UCM ) department, the Assistant Director (AD) is fully integrated into the Office for Mission and Ministry ( OMM ). The Assistant Director provides support to deliver creative and integrated mission-grounded content for OMM’s internal and external constituencies. He/she develops multi-channel communication content and plans digital outreach for social media, digital newsletters, and the OMM website. The Assistant Director serves as a project manager and writer for both digital and print OMM communication and marketing initiatives and serves as the primary point of contact with various OMM departments on communication and marketing projects to ensure alignment with the Villanova brand and achievement of OMM’s goals as outlined in their new strategic plan. The role requires a lived knowledge of the Catholic faith, language, practices and liturgy, as well as an understanding of multifaith spiritual practices, service, justice advocacy, and care for creation Villanova is a Catholic university sponsored by the Augustinian Order. The Office for Mission and Ministry ( OMM ) promotes and supports the Augustinian Catholic mission of the University with particular attention to the Augustinian charism and spirituality. A concern for building community and fostering an atmosphere that demonstrates care for our common home are core values integral to OMM’s stewardship of the University’s mission. Villanova is an equal opportunity employer and seeks candidates who understand, respect and can contribute to the University’s mission and values.

But we need to remove EEO boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The line "Villanova is an equal opportunity employer and seeks candidates who understand, respect and can contribute to the University’s mission and values." is EEO boilerplate. Should be removed. Also "Villanova is a Catholic university sponsored by the Augustinian Order." maybe not boilerplate but part of mission. Keep? It's substantive about mission. Keep. We should also remove "Villanova is an equal opportunity employer..." line. Now Responsibilities: list duties. We have "Duties And Responsibilities:" then bullet-like sentences. We'll create
  • for each duty. We need to parse duties: Digital Content Creation and Management: Under the supervision of the Director of Communication, Office for Mission and Ministry ( OMM ), the Assistant Director coordinates OMM’s internal and external mission-grounded communication through multimedia content creation and digital outreach, which includes social media, digital newsletters and the OMM website. Translates Augustinian Catholic identity, schedules, programs and community life into highly engaging digital content for all areas in OMM . Develops, plans, schedules and collaborates with various OMM departments on communication and marketing projects, including systems and data management, as well as working closely with University Communication and Marketing on design, photography and production. Assists in unifying messaging across OMM centers, including University Ministry, the Center for Peace and Justice Education, the Center for the Common Good, the Center for Liturgy and Sacred Music, the Office for Sustainability, and initiatives from the Office of the Vice President for Mission and Ministry. Coordinate OMM Digital Media Content Creation Works with other content creators in OMM to plan strategic social media content to elevate the department’s presence and generate engagement. Develops high-quality visual content, student testimonies, and event summaries to promote on digital platforms. Project Management and Writer Serves as a project manager, writer and editor for both digital and print communication and marketing initiatives. Updates OMM website with current dates, programs, and initiatives. Serves as a cross-functional member of the UCM Communications team, managing additional projects as needed. Other Duties Performs other duties and assists with projects as assigned. We need to split into sensible list items. Could combine some. We'll produce list items: - Coordinates OMM’s internal and external mission-grounded communication through multimedia content creation and digital outreach (social media, digital newsletters, OMM website) under the supervision of the Director of Communication, Office for Mission and Ministry. - Translates Augustinian Catholic identity, schedules, programs, and community life into highly engaging digital content for all OMM areas. - Develops, plans, schedules, and collaborates with various OMM departments on communication and marketing projects, including systems and data management, and works closely with University Communication and Marketing on design, photography, and production. - Assists in unifying messaging across OMM centers (University Ministry, Center for Peace and Justice Education, Center for the Common Good, Center for Liturgy and Sacred Music, Office for Sustainability, and initiatives from the Office of the Vice President for Mission and Ministry). - Works with other OMM content creators to plan strategic social media content to elevate the department’s presence and generate engagement. - Develops high-quality visual content, student testimonies, and event summaries for promotion on digital platforms. - Serves as a project manager, writer, and editor for both digital and print communication and marketing initiatives. - Updates the OMM website with current dates, programs, and initiatives. - Serves as a cross-functional member of the UCM Communications team, managing additional projects as needed. - Performs other duties and assists with projects as assigned. Now Requirements/Qualifications: We have Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into Requirements section? The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can have sections: Requirements (maybe includes Minimum Qualifications), Preferred Qualifications (maybe separate), Skills (maybe from Work Skills). But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's think: We have Formal Education, Work Experience, Work Skills, Specific Job Knowledge under Minimum Qualifications. Preferred Qualifications: Formal Education (Master's), Work Experience (strong experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and digital platforms, 2 years’ work experience in ministry, service, or related role). Also note that "Strong experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and digital platforms." appears both in Work Skills and Preferred Qualifications. We could create sections:

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Theology and Religious Studies, or a related field.
    • 3 years of professional communication experience, preferably within higher education, a faith-based non-profit, or a religious order.
    • Strong writing skills.
    • High proficiency with content creation tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva), content management systems, email marketing platforms, and a strong understanding of emerging digital media trends.
    • A deep commitment to and understanding of Villanova University and the Augustinian charism with the ability to articulate the mission to a pluralistic campus community.
    • Understanding of Roman Catholic theology and practices and the ability to relate them to the personal and relational experience of young adults.
    • Understanding of multifaith spiritual practices, service, justice advocacy, and care for creation.
    • Strong experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and digital platforms.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in Theology and Religion Studies, or related field.
    • Strong experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and digital platforms.
    • 2 years’ work experience in ministry, service, or related role.
But note duplication of strong experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and digital platforms appears both; we could keep both but it's okay. Skills: maybe we could separate Work Skills into Skills section, but we already included them in Requirements. Could create a Skills section separate from Requirements. However we need to avoid thin sections; but we have enough content for Skills: Strong writing skills; High proficiency with content creation tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva), content management systems, email marketing platforms, and a strong understanding of emerging digital media trends. That's two items; maybe still okay but could be thin. Better to incorporate into Requirements as we did. Benefits: we have holistic benefits package, generous paid time off, competitive retirement savings plan, flexible work options, wellness programs including gym membership, professional development, tuition assistance, and more. Pay: Salary range $58,300-72,900. Schedule: full-time/12-months, occasional nights and weekends. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual. Now we need to ensure we don't include headings with empty content. All sections have content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We didn't. We must not include Job ID etc. We removed. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
