Responsibilities

• The Assistant Director of Academic Advising provides leadership, mentorship, management, and operational oversight for an academic advising center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, holistic, proactive, and student-centered advising services that support academic success from onboarding through graduation.
• Reporting to the Director, the Assistant Director supervises and develops professional advising staff, oversees daily advising operations, and works collaboratively with campus partners to advance academic success, persistence, retention, and degree completion goals.
