We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "About the University of Georgia", "About the College/Unit/Department", "Position Summary", "Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Competencies", "Duties/Responsibilities" (multiple sub-sections). Also we have Pay (Advertised Salary $56,000.00) and Schedule (Work Schedule Additional Schedule Information Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Some nights and weekends may be necessary.) Benefits? Not specified; we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. There's mention of Benefits Eligibility Benefits Eligible Full/Part time Full Time, but no details. So we should not create Benefits section. Pay and Schedule we have specifics, so include those sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove Posting Details repeated, Posting Number, Working Title, Department, etc? Those are metadata; we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Probably we can include a short paragraph with posting number, department, etc. But we should not create headings for them. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we will have sections: About the University (maybe "About the University of Georgia"), About the College/Unit/Department (maybe "About the Department"), Position Summary, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Competencies, Duties/Responsibilities (maybe break into sub-sections? Could keep as one with subheadings? But headings only h3; we could have nested? Probably just one Duties/Responsibilities section with lists. Could also separate sub-sections as h3? The instruction: use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests we can have those headings. So we can have: About the University, About the Department, Position Summary, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Duties/Responsibilities, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also Qualifications (Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications). Could combine into Requirements/Qualifications. We need to preserve all substantive info: Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications. So we can have a Requirements section with those. We also have "Classification Title Student Services Pro II FLSA Exempt FTE 1.00" maybe minor metadata; could be in a short p. We need to remove duplicated lines: there are duplicate "Duties/Responsibilities" headings in the posting; we should combine. We need to remove "Special Instructions to Applicants" etc (application instructions). Also remove "Contact Information" etc. We need to keep location? Could be minor metadata; maybe include in a short p. Let's extract substantive content: - About the University of Georgia: description. - About the College/Unit/Department: not much beyond website placeholder; but there is "College/Unit/Department website". No actual description. Might be empty; we should not create a section if no real specific content. The posting says "College/Unit/Department website" but no description. So we skip About the College/Unit/Department. - Position Summary: paragraph. - Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Competencies: list of items (sentences separated by periods). Could turn into

    • each. - Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience - Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in higher education, student affairs, or related field and at least two years of full-time experience in a similar functional area is preferred. Experience in supervising, budgeting, event management, advising student organizations, and leading collaborative efforts is preferred. - Duties/Responsibilities: three bullet groups with percentages. Could list each duty as
    • with maybe note percentage. We have: Community Engagement: Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of signature programs and events including Dawg Day of Service and IMPACT Service Break trips.Develop and implement risk management protocols for community-based experiences, service trips, volunteer activities, and large-scale events.Coordinate travel logistics, participant training, learning partner training, emergency procedures, and compliance requirements for service programs.Evaluate program needs and identify opportunities to strengthen the quality, accessibility, sustainability, and educational impact of community engagement experiences.Serve as a Learning Partner and provide on-call support during IMPACT Service Break trips to ensure participant safety and responsible engagement with community partners.Lead the coordination of on-campus advance voting efforts in coordination with the Student Government Association, Tate Student Center, Office of Government Relations, and Athens-Clarke County Elections Department.
