We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? Actually we need to use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections where posting has real specific content. We have: - Job Profile Summary: description of role. Could map to "About the role" or "Job Profile Summary". Use "About the role" heading. - Responsibilities: Essential Duties list. So "Responsibilities" heading with ul. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (Bachelor's degree and seven years...). Also maybe "Desired Qualifications" could be under "Qualifications" or "Skills". We'll treat "Requirements" for minimum qualifications. "Qualifications" for desired qualifications? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings allowed. We'll use "Requirements" for minimum qualifications, and "Qualifications" for desired qualifications (or Skills). However we also have Skills list within desired qualifications. Could combine. - Benefits: The posting lists benefits under "What’s In It For You" with bullet list. So "Benefits" heading with ul. - Pay: Salary range given: $60,000 - $67,000 annually; DOE. So "Pay" heading with p. - Schedule: Not explicitly given besides Full time. Could infer schedule? Not specific. Should not create Schedule unless stated. So omit. - Skills: Could be part of desired qualifications. But we already have Qualifications heading; maybe we can put skills under Qualifications. But we have separate Skills heading allowed; we could extract skills list: public speaking, presentation, facilitation, written communication, ability to train/supervise/mentor, ability to foster collaborative relationships, ability to work flexible hours/travel. That's a list. Could put under Skills. Better to have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details like location, department statement, working environment, etc. Those are substantive; we need to include them somewhere. Where to put? Could be under About the role or maybe a separate section like "Working Environment" but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings are those listed, we must fit extra info into those sections or maybe we can add a generic

after headings? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should use those headings. It also says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can create sections with those headings only if content matches. For other content like Working Environment, Department Statement, Location, etc., we need to embed them somewhere else, maybe under About the role as prose. That's acceptable: we can put all prose under About the role heading. But we must not lose details. So we can include location, working environment, department statement within About the role paragraph(s). Also we have "Driving Requirement" etc. Thus structure:

About the role

Job Profile Summary ... plus other paragraphs: Job Profile Summary, Position description, Department Statement, Working Environment, Location, Driving Requirement, etc.

Then

Responsibilities

with ul of essential duties.

Requirements

with p for minimum qualifications.

Qualifications

with p for desired qualifications? Or we could separate desired qualifications as Qualifications and Skills as separate. But we have both Qualifications and Skills headings allowed. Let's do:

Qualifications

Desired qualifications: ... list of items (maybe as ul). But we need to keep details. Better:

Qualifications

  • Experience leading...
  • ...
Then

Skills

  • Strong public speaking...
  • ...
But note that desired qualifications already include many skill-like items; we might duplicate. However we must preserve all info; we can split: Qualifications = experience/knowledge items; Skills = specific abilities like public speaking, written communication, training, etc. That seems okay. Let's extract: Desired Qualifications bullet list (from posting): - Experience leading, growing, or facilitating a professional network, community of practice, or coalition of cross-functional stakeholders. - Demonstrated experience in program development, project management, and strategic planning within higher education, career services, or corporate recruiting. - Experience consulting with external organizations, businesses, or industry partners to design, implement, or improve internship programs and talent pipelines. - Knowledge of current industry trends, National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) career readiness competencies, and equitable hiring/recruitment practices. - Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills, with a proven track record of designing and delivering dynamic workshops, training sessions, and large-group meetings. - Excellent written communication skills, including experience managing communication channels such as professional newsletters, digital resource libraries, or online collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, MS Teams). - Ability to train, supervise, and mentor staff, student workers, or volunteers. - Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships with populations like university faculty, senior leadership, corporate recruiters, and students. - Ability to work flexible hours (including occasional evenings and weekends) and travel effectively across ASU’s multi-campus ecosystem to meet business needs. We can separate: Qualifications: first four bullets (experience, program development, consulting, knowledge). Skills: remaining bullets (public speaking, written communication, train/supervise/mentor, foster relationships, flexible hours/travel). That seems logical. Now Benefits: list from "What’s In It For You". Let's extract each bullet: - Tuition Reduction Program for staff members, their spouses, and dependents, available on day one. - Low-cost health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits. - Retirement program designed to promote long-term savings and provide income upon retirement. - Paid time for volunteer and professional development. - 10 Paid Holidays and competitive Vacation and Sick accruals each Pay Period. - Wellness program for preventative health education and screenings. - Disability and leave program for income protection. - Employee assistance for free and confidential behavioral health services. - ASU Discounts to sports/events along with discounts with ASU partnerships. We'll put as ul. Pay: Salary range: $60,000 - $67,000 annually; DOE. Now About the role: need to include Job Profile Summary, Position description (Assistant Director of Experiential Learning description), Department Statement, Working Environment, Location, Driving Requirement, maybe also note "Job Profile Student Support Specialist 4 Job Family Student Support Services Time Type Full time Apply before 11:59 PM Arizona time the day before the posted End Date." That's metadata like apply deadline; we can fold into short p or drop? The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short p with that metadata (Job Profile, Job Family, Time Type, Apply before...). That's minor metadata. We'll include a short p after the heading maybe. But we must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Assistant Director of Experiential Learning"? Actually the posting title: "Job Profile Student Support Specialist 4". But the role described is Assistant Director of Experiential Learning. We'll not use heading for title. Thus About the role section will contain:

Job Profile Student Support Specialist 4, Job Family Student Support Services, Full time. Apply before 11:59 PM Arizona time the day before the posted End Date.

We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info like "Funding No Federal Funding". That's minor metadata maybe can be included in short p. Also "Instructions To Apply" etc are application instructions which we should remove. So we drop those. Also "Relocation Assistance – For information about schools, housing child resources, neighborhoods, hospitals, community events, and taxes, visit ..." that's a link; maybe we can keep as part of Benefits? It's not a benefit per se but relocation assistance info. Could be considered a benefit? The posting includes it under "Relocation Assistance – For information...". It's a resource link. Might be considered a benefit? Not exactly. But we could include it under Benefits as a bullet? However the instruction says include Benefits section only when posting actually states them. It does state relocation assistance info. So we could add a bullet: "Relocation assistance information available via link". But we need to preserve all substantive information. So we should include that as a bullet under Benefits. Also "ASU’s comprehensive benefits package is a key part of your total compensation. Visit the ASU Compensation Estimator" etc. That's more boilerplate; maybe drop. Also "Employment Verification Statement", "Background Check Statement", "Fingerprint Check Statement", "ASU Statement", "Notice of Availability of the ASU Annual Security and Fire Safety Report", "All qualified applicants will receive consideration..." these
