Job Summary

The manager oversees case management services within student affairs, ensuring effective support systems for students facing academic, personal, or social challenges. This role involves supervising case managers, developing policies and programs, and fostering collaboration across campus to enhance student well-being and success.

Job Description

• Supervises and mentors case management staff, providing guidance, training, and professional development to ensure high-quality student support services.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures to standardize case management practices, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with university goals.
• Collaborates with faculty, staff, and community partners to address student concerns, crises, and retention challenges.
• Analyzes trends and assessment data to identify emerging student needs, improve service delivery, and recommend program enhancements.
• Represents case management services in university committees, task forces, and leadership meetings to advocate for student well-being and institutional support initiatives.

Preferred Qualification

• Mental Health license is preferred.

Compensation

$56,763.20 - $85,134.40
