Assistant Director, Collegium Center Stage Theater

Job Responsibilities

• Enforces the CCS Student Code of Conduct, the CCS Uniform Code, and the CCS Computer Usage Code
• Promotes good citizenship through actions as a role model
• Counsels students and staff on issues related to the Code of Conduct
• Maintains highest level of confidentiality pertaining to school and students' information, progress, and records
• Assumes other responsibilities assigned by supervisor and/or school administrator
• Absides by the CCS Employee Manual, CCS policies and procedures, and all current PA Public School expectations
• Aids in the production of the CCST Fall Play and/or Spring Musical
• Manufactures, tracks, and organizes all audition materials
• Collaborates with the Production Manager to ensure all cast meals, costumes, props, headshots, and production programs are planned and available at appropriate times
• Attends and assists with all scheduled rehearsals
• Stages players in preparation for performance

Qualifications

• Experience with theatrical productions (plays and musicals) as both a performer and a Production Team Member
• Ability to read, analyze, and stage scenes from a theatrical work as needed
• Ability to work as part of a production team and maintain a professional working environment
• Ability to adequately and effectively communicate and collaborate with other production team members, students, parents, and all other stakeholders to ensure student safety and success
