About the role
Hybrid role (3 days/week in office) at our Salt Lake City, UT; Boise, ID; Lewiston, ID; Portland, OR; Medford, OR; Renton, WA; Spokane, WA; Burington, WA; Vancouver, WA offices. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of that location or be willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for broker channel optimization and performance management
- Drive strategic initiatives to ensure distribution channel investments deliver proportionate value and ROI
- Design, implement, and optimize broker compensation programs and structures in partnership with technical, operations, and finance partners
- Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure broker effectiveness and provide regular insights to senior leadership
- Partner with Line of Business leaders, market sales teams, and key stakeholders to align broker strategies with organizational objectives
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization while ensuring competitive positioning and compliance
- Identify, scale, and execute best practices through engagement and performance management initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
- 7+ years of experience in broker management, distribution strategy or related field
- 3+ years of people management experience

Pay
The expected hiring range for the Assistant Director, Broker Strategy & Performance Management is $136,000 - $ 184,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure/certifications; and performance history. Bonus target (if applicable): 15%.
Schedule
The full salary range for the Assistant Director, Broker Strategy & Performance Management is $128,000 - $208,000.
