About the Role

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director, working toward Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director assumes sole responsibility for the school. The role involves promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Previous leadership experience
• At least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements
