Responsibilities
- Support the School Director in all educational and operational aspects of Orchard Park, and serve as Acting School Director in their absence.
- Help provide strategic leadership for school improvement and development, and assist in developing and implementing school policies.
- Support daily operations, including academics, arrival and dismissal, transitions, student safety and security, and staffing.
- Build an orderly, joyful, and aspirational school culture where teaching, learning, and healthy relationships can thrive across all grade levels.
