About the role

Little Newtons has been a trusted child care provider for over 15 years. We believe that the first 5 years of a child's life are crucial and that every child deserves the best possible education. Our programs are designed to nurture a child's natural curiosity and provide a supportive environment for learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with staff, families, and the community
• Grow enrollment using creativity
• Decrease staff turnover
• Hire great teachers
• Maintain accurate record-keeping
• Support staff in daily tasks and classroom management
• Manage and maintain child care services in accordance with licensing
• Team and family engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood education preferred but not required
• Prior managerial/leadership experience in a child care setting
• Proven track record of growing school enrollment
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle a variety of situations effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
