LearningRx centers are part of a brain‑training system specializing in targeting and training cognitive skills for people of all ages through research‑based programs. Our one‑on‑one trainers put students through a rigorous (but fun) set of exercises to develop core thinking and learning skills.
Job Summary
The Assistant Director is a vital link in serving students and families. As the first face clients see when entering the center, the Assistant Director ensures a smooth, efficient experience, interacts heavily with clients and families, and acts as a liaison among staff to foster cooperation, teamwork, and positivity.
Responsibilities
- Set a warm, friendly tone for the center
- Greet clients and visitors
- Provide support to the center director
- Support sales and drive sales initiatives
- Manage and convert leads/prospects
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Maintain client files
- Order and manage supplies
- Support and coordinate marketing events
- Demonstrate passion for changing lives

Schedule
Monday – Friday with limited Saturday hours; occasional after‑hours work, networking, and 1–3 Saturday events per year.
Pay
Base pay with bonuses; competitive salary and performance‑related bonus opportunities.
