The Assistant Director at Huntington is responsible for managing the front-end administrative office, hiring, training, and supervising part-time teachers, monitoring daily center activities, reviewing student programs, and ensuring academic achievement.
Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative office
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise part-time teachers
- Maintain and enhance daily center activities
- Review and ensure academic achievement in student programs
- Instruct students
- Participate in local marketing activities to grow the tutoring and test prep business
Requirements
- 4-year degree
- 1-2 years of management, customer service, sales, or education experience preferred

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Primary work hours: Tuesday through Thursday 9-8:30 and Saturday 8-3:30 (some Mondays may be required on an as-needed basis).
