Assistant Director

Position Summary

The Assistant Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the center, with a strong focus on staff management, administrative excellence, and operational execution. This role ensures the school and program run efficiently while supporting staff performance and maintaining compliance with company standards.

Essential Functions

• Staff Leadership & Management
• Manage staff scheduling, time and attendance record keeping in ADP, along with staff coverage to meet ratio and operational needs.
• Business Administration - Ensure adherence to licensing regulations and company policies.
• Operational Excellence
• Oversee daily center operations to ensure consistency, safety, and compliance.
• Administrative & Financial Support
• Manage collection and account accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
• Support financial operations in partnership with the Center Director.
• Family Support
• Accountable for Family and Teacher development & Retention.
• Absorb responsibility for tours and enrollment processes as needed.

Pay And Benefits

• Pay: $43,680, based on experience and education.
